★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brilliant Job. My 11 years old PC was not worth upgrading so I purchased a Dell rehabilitated machine. What really impressed me was that everything on my old hard drive, for a fee, was copied across to the new PC. When I plugged it in at home, everything ran as previously including my email program which ran without the need for any tweeks and all my folders were as before.

1. They are very slow & give the impression they just don't care about you, your tawdry electronics or your business. = Poor customer service.
2. Expensive!! At least 20-50% more than others
3. They don't do a very good job, my daughters phone on which they supposedly fixed the screen, now glitches out.
4. Their quotes are excessive and they quote to repair items that don't need repair. i.e. new hard drives. Fortunately I thought their quote sounded off - and took it to someone else. Problem fixed that day for a fraction of their quote!!
I will never recommend them or use them again. Fortunately there are plenty of alternatives.
