CALL OUTS AND HANDS-ON REPAIR SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AS WE ARE OVERSEAS:
If we are coming to you, there is a minimum charge of $100.00 (inc GST, covers 1 hour) + a $45.00 call out fee. If appointments go over 1 hour you will be charged in 15 minute intervals.
If you are bring a computer or device to us, there is a minimum diagnostic charge of $65.00 (inc GST).
We accept internet transfer only.
Hours of Operation:
Due to overseas travel our hours of operation will constantly change. Please email us to arrange remote support.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Appointments outside of these hours can be arranged ie. after work or weekends.
After hours work will incur an addition charge of $55.00 inc GST on top of what ever work needs to be completed.
