About Techlord Technology
Our mobile phones and computers can be some of the most used items that we own. This means that they are often subjected to a lot of wear and tear, and some are used until they are completely broken. Because they are broken, many people think that they cannot sell faulty mobile phones. This means that these broken mobiles either end up at the back of a drawer, or thrown away. Throwing away broken mobiles can be extremely dangerous for the environment because of the harmful chemicals contained within them. Thankfully, you can sell broken stuff at Techlord Technology and get cash for them.
Techlord will pay you cash for your old and broken mobile phones and computers, even if the screen doesn’t work if they won’t switch on, if they are cracked or scratched or if the touchscreen is faulty. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 iPads from them one of them was faulty and they admitted that they forgot to check before they sent them. They are asking to send it back to tauranga and then they will refund tried explaining to them it took 2 weeks to arrive before if we will send now it’s gonna take nearly a month. Till then Christmas will be over as it was a Christmas present for the kids. Totally disappointed no apology when they rang apparently it’s customers fault so be careful to buy anything from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service from this store. Took my Galaxy S7 phone in as it needed a new charging port and battery. They damaged the screen in taking it off to get inside, in installing a new charging port, the home button no longer works properly and the "back" and "close all" LED lights no longer work. I highly suspect they didn't replace the battery either, or put in a faulty one, as it drains faster than the original one that was 5 years old. Phone is worse off than it was before a $200 repair. Don't recommend and would never go back.
