★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t think my iPad mini 5 was fixable. It had got caught in the spokes of my friends bike when I forgot to tell her it was in my bag. It was bent and cracked. They had to order the parts in and 2 weeks later I have it back and I’m so happy with the results.

Wanted to sell my Samsung s10+ 1TB. They had one on the stand that was only 500gb and were selling it for $700. My phones in perfect condition and the most he could offer was $299.
When I needed my screen fixed on my j7 pro it was gonna cost 2x the amount of the actual phone!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Do not go here. My partner took a laptop into this company to get fixed. They said the motherboard malfunctioned but no other details. They said to buy a new one. Upon buying one with them after 4 months it stopped working. She took it in to them, the warranty was only 3 month (too short). They ran diagnostic and said that motherboard had malfunctioned. They couldn't specify anything else. We took it to another tech guy to run diagnostic and they explained that they had used cheap parts to fix a broken laptop and sold it to her. They tricked her so that it malfunctioned out of warranty.
I also bought a Samsung s9 off of them before I knew this had happened. Upon trying to set up the screen was temperamental and sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Took it to the tech guy we trusted and he said they fixed a screen poorly and it lost sensitivity.
When I took it back because it was within the week of the purchase they refused to give me a refund. They wanted me to pay for a check up and leave the phone with them. Of course I was not going to do that after the tech guy in papamoa exploited them for the fraud and misleading products.
Now I will be taking this further until the errors are corrected.
Warning to never go this place or trust them!

I thought I'd broken screen but was only the glass cover.
They could have 'repaired' my broken screen but were honest and for $15 replaced screen protector.
I'm on my 5th in 12 months!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used these people a couple of times in the past to replace the screen on my iphone (they did a good job). This time though, the screen on my Surface Pro 4 was bulging and was getting worse. I took it in, they instantly diagnosed the problem, the battery was deteriorating and expanding, so pushing out the screen. The solution was a replacement battery, but there was a risk, the scereen would be damaged beyond repair. However they managed to replace the battery and the screen was fine. A great job, done well, and quickly, at a reasonable price. I will use them again.
