A beautiful boutique studio with a suite of top of the line equipment and one of its kind in Auckland.
Contrology NZ offers a full workout regime that challenges body & mind, and encourages health & wellness. Excellent for fitness but also injury recovery to target and work through problem areas.
This is authentic pilates at its best!
