β β β β β Great staff, very friendly and down to earth and yummy deserts with a great vibe.
Only disappointment is that they are no longer doing the edible cookie dough. Apparently a machine is missing a spare part.. get it sorted your loising business!!

β β β β β The shake itself was good but very busy and crowded in the store itself, also the music is incredibly loud so youβre having to repeat yourself to the staff quite often. Otherwise great little place and it smells amazing! :-)

β β β β β I love cookie time cookie so this place was on my "to-go" list for a long time. They were open till late (about 10pm) so that was good as we arrived late to the city and I was craving this. I tried the iconic cookie ice cream sandwich!! Loved it. Wasn't disappointed I'd say. They also have heaps of cookie time tin boxes and other merch!

β β β β β This location is fun with friendly staff and so many cookies! There were mini cookies, regular, bannoffe, white chip macadamia, cranberry and white chocolate chip salted caramel... options are endless. They also serve milkshakes in an assortment of flavors.
There is milk on tap including regular and chocolate milk. Plenty of gift options including prepackaged cookies and cute decorative glass milk jars. They also sell coffee and merch like t-shirts and jumpers!
Additional notes.. gets very crowded as its a small location. 2 cookies for the price of 1 from 6-7pm. Not much seating. No rest room.

β β β β β The cookies were warm, soft, and moreish. It's sickeningly sweet, but who cares when it's cookie time?! Definitely not a place to visit on a regular basis but as a tourist attraction the prices are a little on the high side. Still, come in and give it a shot.

β β β β β You can smell the freshly baked cookies from miles away and just get drawn into the cookie time store. The little store has quite a few treats and lots of assorted cookies and milk shakes to try. Good and friendly service. Attentive staff. We had the bannoffe, white chip macadamia and sβmores. Absolutely fresh and so full of flavours. Bought a travel mug with few cookies inside as a souvenir. Thank you for the cookie time experience.

β β β β β The Cookietime experience comes alive! Large queue around lunch time. Very busy place. Great selection of cookies, ice cream, milkshakes and do much. Great music while waiting. Bit of a wait understandable with the amount of people and the making of the full on shakes.
