★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice staff! So kind just in general. They have the YAH mugs for Queenstown and some others. They are $30NZD at the moment. They only have soy and coconut milk and not almond milk if you’re vegan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment! I normally prefer to support independent coffee shops, but decided to pop in to Starbucks for a quick flat white. Big mistake - this branch has zero charm (the interior makes an airport lounge look welcoming), the food looked old and stale, and the staff took a good few minutes just to acknowledge our presence. Service was slow, and the final product was very average, somewhat burnt tasting coffee. Better off going to Vudu Lounge or really anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, rude staff, incompetent and not nice to deal with. Had to wait 30 mins for 2 Frappuccino. Had to ask for a refund in the end because the staff couldn't be bothered to actually make the order. Wasn't even busy or short staffed so comes down to extremely poor service and staff giving nasty looks for no good reason. Letting down the Starbucks name big time. Never again. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the strawberry eclairs frappe yummy! They had a chaotic start to the morning with there machine down and the line was getting longer. But they got through like true professionals and the wait was worth it. Super tasty beverages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly staff and a typical Starbucks ambience! I went in the morning at about 8am or so on a weekday and there were already not much seats available. Ordered my coffee that tasted like home, and a sausage roll that wasn't very impressive.
It's just a good place to chill and people watch, and even recharge your devices. People here are with their laptops watching dramas and doing their work. Just come early so you can get a seat with an outlet.
