★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a recalled part fitted (power steering issue) and asked for a WOF to be done at the same time, HUGE mistake. Power steering completely failed a month and a bit later and they never did the WOF they just drove it down the road to the AA.
When I called to ask them what was replaced was promptly told that "It wasn't their fault" (without even seeing the car) and after a heated discussion over the phone I was left being sworn at by one of the staff members.
Poor service, poor workmanship and clearly no pride in their work either. Avoid if at all possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and chaotic service. Very unprofessional and overpriced. Charging 1.5 hours to replace a cable, which should not take longer than 0.5 hours after confirming with 2 other workshops. Nobody seems to be happy at work when you arrive and talk to staff. Also a lot of staff changes over the years which confirms the bad culture of this place.

Thank you Kevin for all your help with my daughters older 318ti service key and thank you Simon for helping to diagnose my 325i warning light issues. I arrived unannounced and you took care of my needs and concerns straight away. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the location and asked how much and if the service team can repair my key fob for my Mini Cooper; was told it needs replacing without them actually inspecting the key. When asked if they can give me a quote, they mentioned around $400. A bit of professionalism on an exact number would have been appreciated. Called a different BMW location and they said the battery simply needs replacing which is a fraction of the price.

I have a 330i e90 model they do a good job and they know what they are doing I got some work done their about 2 years ago but since then I have gone else where because I thought they charged far to much and I was right since then I had the same work done at half the rate at a euro specialist
