Horrible service from Chris spoke quite rudely to me..went in for a recall on my airbag.went back to enquire at 3pm as agreed to see if car is done.was told a second recall was been fixed by a different staff member.then was told again by chris in such a rude manner there was no recall.im then told the cara taking so long as its having a courtesy wash .this didnt happend.then also while watching the car been driven out of the workshops some young girl who looks like she should still be in preschool who then slams my car into P while moving atleast 20 ks .he then tells me to check it the gearbox is sweet instead of checking it themselves..i guess at high class businesses respect isnt big in their plate just money !!! Once again absolutely horrible service chris most certainly would never go back here again Oh and not to mention the further 30 minutes of standing around while other staff stand off in the corner ignoring us just to be told i can take my car

I had the disappointing need to use Farmer Auto Village two days before Christmas as I was travelling to family in the BOP. I say disappointing because my car came up with an urgent warning light and it needed urgent attention. What an absolute delight and amazing service from company that never sold me the car, did the work and check immediately and were incredibly helpful. This is NOT what one expects from the β€œservice department” of a car dealership. Management should be proud of the team they have there. Bella (service reception) was genuinely warm, interested in the issue and made me feel totally confident the moment I walked in. A smile and a complimentary coffee from the in-house cafe and 20 mins later I was told the issue was resolved. They said it took them five mins and it was fixed, it was a simple issue and Merry Christmas. Congratulations on outstanding service and exemplary staff, customer service. This review is an understatement as to how they made me feel when dealing with them.

Well ,i must say what a great company to deal with and this is my first time dealing with Farmer Autovillage. I have a 2009 Dodge Avenger and it had a fault that my normal garage could not fix due to being an American car and he did not have the right dinostic gear and Farmer found out the problem and booked the car to be fixed.They loaned me a car t get around which is great and whilst yu are waiting ,they also put on coffee .What i must say is the service manager Laurie Long was very good and kept me in the loop all of the way and he has a wonderful team with him.The General Manager Mr Mike Farmer is hands on and he also speaks to his customers and this is very important and makes the customer feel great and their is not many do that these days so top marks . Thank You for the great service

Cory (parts) and the car wash team, and Andrew in the Nissan Service center made my day!! Chemo is tiring and they both helped me out getting my car sorted. Best service ever. Thanks guys. Kindness is hard to find these days.
