★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is in the perfect place in town with access from both sides of the downtown centre. Lots of selection with things such as mens, kids, exercise and women's clothes. Really decent prices and helpful staff. There are plenty of changing rooms available as well which is super handy. Would definitely recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Staff were rude, didn’t greet nor acknowledge me, and seemed like they were picking on another staff member in a different department. Just appalled. They girls were watching videos on their phones while laughing instead of serving. This is the Palmerston North branch. Bullying should not be tolerated, they need to learn manners and humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad they support LGBTQ & Pride Month <3 I felt so comfortable & happy when I saw the 'Love Wins' bag ? Thank you for making my experience lovely. Absolutely lovely staff, trending clothes, beautiful dressing rooms, & S and XS aren't the only sizes on tops so I don't have to dig to find my size L. Thank you.
