★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was exceptional. We went in to compare backpacks and ending up buying two. The time spent to correctly size and fit with added weight really helped. We have since used the packs hiking in the Stewart Island and are heading to Abel Tasman track soon. Looking forward to many more kilometres on the trails.

Call them for further inquiry, they said we don’t know where you jacket, we don’t have any order in our system, you can buy another one from shop, when you get your courier, then you can get refund.. ??
Sorry not recommending anyone.. such a poor management...
