The rest of the time in the store was myself and other customers having to listen to about 4 different staff members personal lifeβs and what they were planning on having for dinner , so unprofessional and not a good look! Will be going else where in future

β β β β β Lovely store, cool clothes. Very helpful and patient staff too. I appreciated the way they treated my 9 year old and her friend like valued customers as the girls fussed and deliberated over their purchases; it really made their day and mine.

Every time I go in here I am treated so well. The ladies are so ,lovely to deal with. I deal with Cotton On online store too and wow, the communication is outstanding. I highly recommend their perks club as there are so many benefits and the rewards are pretty much as soon as you join up. Thank you for a great retail experience.
