Within 3 hours of calling, and then visiting his shop in Lambton Quay, I had my dinner suit in my hands. Talk about being a life saver! Such a lovely, warm and friendly experience. This is a Customer Service exemplar on how it should be done and how it is done at Hartford’s Menswear! Thank you Richard!
