★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the last lot of toilet roll. Have always used the 3ply rolls as the don't break down easily. The last pack of 12 rolls, are lucky to be 2ply, more than half of them would be lucky to be 1ply. I dont mind paying a bit extra for good quiality, and fell a bit ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the new packaging of the so-called livi LUXURY facial tissue boxes. As we use in a accommodation business they sit next to guests beds. The old packaging looks a lot more luxury than the new bland budget looking boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have discovered that since covid the roll of the 3ply itself has got bigger and the paper less. A roll does not even last a day and that’s with a small family of 3. Pay the same price for it too. Definitely not impressed and will be changing brand as of now.
