★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attending some sessions with Malin has been one of the best decisions I ever made.
I was feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, trapped and misunderstood. I was a little nervous and slightly sceptical about the idea of ‘seeing a therapist’ but I later found myself telling a friend that the experience had been life changing.
From the moment I walked through the door, Malin put me at ease and listened without judgement. I felt accepted, understood and validated. Through our sessions together I was able to view my situation more objectively and recognise behaviours that kept producing the same negative outcomes. Through objectivity came a greater clarity of understanding, which enabled me to take action.
After our sessions together, I gradually started to work on some strategies to end this destructive cycle in which I had become entrenched. It took time and patience but with Malin’s help and support I was able to find a path that steered me away from constant conflict and pain and into a far more stable and harmonious atmosphere.
