★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There staffs are really good. They help to find out everything with smile. I brought some kitchen staffs. They got collections of garden products too. I like their garden site very. Everything you will get from the garden side with beautiful arrangements. They have hips of car parking for there customers. The Wearhouse got car charging point for cars who need to charge there car. It’s very helpful for them who are using rechargeable car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer for a number of years for purchase of art supplies, devices, thousands spent on art prints. To the staff that’s is worthless after 5 staff struggled to complete a refund of an item returnd in packing receipt and obvious sign had not been used. Made to wait in the heat Covid restrictions and repeatedly talked to in a condescending manor refusing to accept they clearly had not refunded my cash purchase . 20 mins pass and a guy covered in paint room guy shorts and tattoos aggressively approaches me no uniform name badge or explanation who he was. I’ve been here numerous times never once served by him not seen someone with that appearance claiming to be the manager which I know is not him. Still no refund told I can’t take my printer I’ve paid for not had a a cent back and followd like he wants to do the haka attempting to stutter regards trespassing . See that’s how big he is anyone can trespass a stranger so one a day I’m going to request trespass notices for every staff member at the Taupo branch and I don’t doubt will be a first for some of the new entrant staff but that’s retail aye Florence nightingale sorry clearly I wouldn’t know staff names they don’t even wear a uniform

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that big for The Warehouse, and some aisles were quite cramped, not easy to get a trolley round some of it. The shelves had been stripped bare of a lot of things after new year's sales, and what was left didn't always have clear pricing. The bar code scanners around the store were working though. Checkout staff did a good job.
