★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am livid after walking in there today - Nothing on the shelves - waste of time going in there really. I get it your busy and delivery is slow - but where are the staff filling the spaces? produce and cold items should at least getting re filled. Staff are so unprofessional and rude too (I wouldn't usually have mentioned anything at all about it but they have annoyed me to a T) . I accidentally walked down a closed Isle and the guy (Tall one and probably early 20's) just pointed at the sign and makes a grunting noise at me rather than using his bloody big boy voice. Walked to the girl next door with glasses and she's too busy having a conversation with her work mate (the one that grunted) than to knowledge the person in her check out - until of course her bestie goes away & then i finally get a hello. Usually im not one to even write this on a company's page - But lordy. Did you hire these guys from a cereal box? Get it together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually an ok experience in this store but stopped in at the start of the week and my 5 year old daughter unfortunately had a coughing fit which lead to her spewing in one of the isles, when I asked for assistance I was handed a roll of paper towels and left to it (im currently pregnant so its hard to get to the floor), I did what I could with the paper towels but no one bothered to properly clean it or disinfect the area.. we were in the supermarket shopping for another 30mins after this and it still hadn't been sanitized or cleaned when we left. We also brought a tray of 12 eggs which when I got home an unpacked the whole tray except 2 was broken and it hadn't just happened on the way home because it was all dried up and remaining eggs were glued stuck in there. Disappointed for sure. Also none of the staff were wearing masks.. Whats up with that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In every aisle half of the shelves were empty, products missing and boxes covering the floor, products in the frozen section are at the back of the fridge and have been there for about a month. There is obviously no rotation happening and no care/pride for the store.

Today I couldn't find the sprite - solution: all drinks in one isle (keep it simple).
Also, QR codes should be dotted around the shop to prevent congestion (and 2m distancing rule breaking) at the entrance to the shop.
Toilet door doesn't lock. No paper towels.
Checkout operator was nice.
