Stopped by on way to an appointment. Staff are warm and welcoming.
They make good coffee, which is a blessing. There are a few places around that miss the mark. There is parking right out the front and while I didn’t try anything, there is a massive selection of delicious looking cabinet food.
Highly impressed.

Thank you for supporting Delicacy cafe.
I am Taiwanese and I realized that day my action didn’t look hygienic to the customer, so I think I need to explain why I did it as I don’t want to damage reputation of my good boss and my wonderful team which I work with. What happened was that I poured some whole milk into a big milk jug before heating the milk, then I realized the customer had ordered trim milk in their coffee, so I didn’t want the cold whole milk sitting in the big metal jug at room temperature; therefore, I poured that milk back into the cold whole milk bottle to keep it chilled after I made the coffee for customer with trim milk in another metal jug. In hindsight, I should have put the whole jug in the fridge. I am very sorry that what I did caused this misunderstanding, but I really appreciate your feedback. In future, I will be much more careful when doing things consider how my actions may appear from the customer’s perspective. Thank you very much again for your feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, modest and superb discover. Extraordinary assortment and fine esteem tasting menu. A highlight of Tauranga. I had Juz Jumbo Breakfast, it was really awesome and took some take home meals for my lunch. Outstanding meal here. Can’t wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a few meetings here and for the most part they are quite nice and good, the place is clean and the staff are friendly but there is a cosiness that is almost but just not quite there. The coffee was good and they have coconut milk (alpro - so we are good I believe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good coffee and sweets. Savory food is quite pricey - more for a sit down meal for a couple of people than bring the kids for a bite. Also quite tight for prams (and loud inside).
Probably best for professionals, couples. Families with young kids might prefer 10th Ave.
