★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like pack and save and most of my grocery shopping for the month is from there however today I was on self checkout machine and suddenly it was asking for assistance and one of the staff came in and said why I haven't scanned one of the items(very rudely) and I was thinking I might have missed it however that Item was already there on the list. And I apologized even when the item she was talking about was already scanned so I scanned it again and the machine stopped again as item was scanned twice, now the came back saying oh the item was already there and I was expecting she will apologize for incorrectly pointing me out however she said nothing . I understand that there is too much pressure on our workforce right now and you all are doing amazing job however please also don't disrespect your customers when you ask people to respect staff , please also ask staff to respect customers. Keep up the good work ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love shopping here. I know pretty much where things are now. Would prefer tho, that stock filler people worked out of shopping hrs, either early morning or after 10pm. Nothing more annoying having the big ladders in the way, or stock in cartons on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are completely dismayed with the disgraceful new downward spiral of this once competitive operation. The owner, Dean Waddel, seems intent on leading new changes that reduce the competitive advantage this store once held - from the former higher quality of it's fresh produce to lower prices for it's other products. After shopping here for some years we will turn our backs on this once helpful business due to it simply joining the ranks of other expensive Foodstuff enterprises. And decreasing the number of check out operators has only confirmed the new money grabbing motives of sly Dean Waddel - the new CEO of Foodstuffs NZ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought either 3 or 4 stars but 4 is too much because although it's good price, staff there are underappreciated and the way they manage the shop isn't the greatest either. For a customer the one problem is there's not that quality service you get hence why it's so cheap. But they could definitely be doing a better job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pain it opens at 8am when it use to open at 7am. Few items have been out of stock for months now and staff are bit rude on the floor and checkout staff are very rough scanning items and have been over charged a few times lately due to staff not paying attention when scanning items.but is a clean store and plenty parking. be also nice if 20c fuel vouchers be available weekdays not just weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't do my main grocery shop anywhere else. huge store, nice staff and the bakery is just excellent. I would only request that more thicker cut meat options. The Crossing store has better cuts. I go that often the security guard jokes that I must work there. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought 3 energy drink and I thought it was 3 for $5 but its not, so I change my mind and ask team members for refund but she says I can't do refunds, but after few discussions another staff says ok I can , but can you please change your refunds policy and acknowledge your staff about that.. thank you
