★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They recon that they have freezed the price on lots off items but not true as a lot off items I regularly buy have gone up In price and they have us customers over a barrel what a rip off and all the profits that they make they should be more considerate to the average customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closes 3hours before they say. Very often have I come in later at night and workers standing outside telling people they closed early. I thought you close at 11pm isn’t that what your signage states? It’s happened like 3 times now. Also they have no self service and range is limited. Also a lack of staff as well. Probably one of the worse supermarkets I’ve been to in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I always shop with a list, however, there was one item that we couldn't find so I asked a staff member. It wasn't enough that he didn't know WHERE it was but that he didn't know WHAT it was.
Countdown, it would serve you well if you trained your employees about your products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found myself queuing 30+ minutes as they don’t have a self-service checkout. The checkout assistant was nice, but the process for all checkouts in the supermarket was ridiculously slow … we had more than 12 items so we could not go to the “fast one” … but less than 100 items like other customers. This countdown needs to either make more fast lines for let’s say up to 20 items … or maybe consider opening the self service checkout as most supermarkets in the country.
