★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Napier Repco staff could have been more helpful and accommodating. i was raising a concern about a double payment made thru afterpay. they were bot busy at the store. all i had for an answer is that tberes only kne showing in their system instead of looking at more details about my concern. i was already in store and i had to call the 0800 number to have it sorted. just wanted to get the job done. and wont even entertain concerns and issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright I’ve had many problems with Repco not coming through with things like orders or the completely wrong things that says would fit my vehicle online and cause I live in Eskdale that’s a huge annoyance and waste of petrol. But the team here save the day as their great to chat with, know what their talking about and that it’s headquarters that need to update the online things as I’ve heard with many people around the Bay that I’m not the only one. The team in store you rock thanks for always helping me out.
