โ โ โ โ โ This countdown used to be good but unfortunately now the staff are often rude and disrespectful. They donโt greet and are generally unpleasant. They really seem to hate their jobs. Even more frustrating is the stock shortages and lack of range. I now regularly have to go to another store to get basic products like cooking oil, sugar free drinks and baking ingredients. I know there are supply chain issues but other countdowns and New Worldโs stock the product Crofton Downs Countdown often does not. Hope it gets better soon as I donโt think Iโll be going there much longer.

โ โ โ โ โ Often out of stock when other countdowns have stock of the same items. Also seems to have a smaller range than other stores. Management of this store honestly seems bad and the staff are not the friendliest either and I think thatโs the biggest problem. For this reason I donโt go there anymore and rather go to the New World. This is a shame as it has great parking and generally not too busy

โ โ โ โ โ I would give them zero stars if I could. They're always out of stock of a lot of items in the weekend, adds extra restrictions during covid (queues, not packing, long waits), making life for the shopper very inconvenient. This place is 2 minute drive from our house but I always drive 10 minutes to Johnsonville instead. The quality and customer service elsewhere is far superior.

โ โ โ โ โ I love this supermarket. It is in a good location. It is one of my favourite places. It has all the groceries I need and pretty much all I want. It doesn't ever get too busy which suits me just fine. The staff are awesome they are so friendly.
