★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit over them advertising specials but not having the products. This is not only this Countdown all the stores in Hamilton seam to have this problem, not good for those that work until 5:30 PM the answer is always sorry we will have some more stock in store in a couple of days, they restock but again it's all gone by that evening and I miss out again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location but often find myself traveling to other countdowns purely because the parking is a nightmare at this store and trying to exit can take a long time and be dangerous getting onto Whatawhata Road. Veggie section not the greatest either, but there is a very good organic and gluten free area (conveniently next to the wine) that is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good, except for disabled parking, always cars parked there that shouldn't be. How about getting the signs fixed? It might not be your responsibility but you have a responsibility to your customers to make sure they can get a disability park. People are getting lazy and smart & have a don't care attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst supermarket I've been to. Unfortunately it's our closest so still use it now and then. Slow checkout operators... that's if there's any as they prefer you to self check out. Constantly empty shelves.... even before COVID shortages. Seem to focus on click and collect orders and online shopping as the staff are getting in there first and often in your way as you go around.... Here's a thought ...why don't you save time and fill these orders from the storeroom.... seems odd to spend money on wages to put it on shelf and then take it off the shelf.... would also leave shelves full for customers that actually come into the shop. Have very limited range of product choice and limit flavours....eg no Maggi tomato soup sachet ever here but available at other Countdowns. Recommend shopping elsewhere if possible

Shelves are always bare, queues are always rediculously long and 3 times out of 4 they'll have no paper bags. I've had missing items from online shopping atleast 4 times this year. 2 stars is generous. Would shop elsewhere if there was another option near home.
