★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunatly answering their ph at this clinic to book an appointment or general enquiries they lack! This has happened numerous times & is not a one off incident why the one star rating. Arohamai but our whanau needs a clinic that is reliable in answering their phone in booking an appointment, to be seen by a Nurse or Doctor. Not redirected to leave a voicemail message, which none of the staff seems to followup on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Doctor would get 5 stars, however trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment is almost impossible at times! When you do visit the Receptionists are too busy talking and chatting amongst themselves to even bother with you. Their unprofessional attitudes unfortunately let this place down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good....but this place really needs professional receptionist who don’t lack in customer service .... they never answer their phones and saying they’re always busy when really they’re sitting at the front desk gossiping to one another. I see and hear them when I eventually get my appointment, always those two at the desk just gossiping. No good, leave that for your break time please and answer your phone, I’ve been calling all day today and all I get back every time I call is “unfortunately we are busy” bla bla bla bla bla not the one , come on guys .

Very disappointed! They don't answer their phones. Goes straight to voicemail. Left multiple messages on behalf of my patient 2 days ago and still no reply! Unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really sorry to see all the negative reviews about this medical centre, sure the phone is a bit of an issue which has been going on for too long, hopefully it will be resolved soon. I am very grateful for the very reasonable fees charged to see the Doctor and have no issues with the waiting time, usually only 15-20 minutes after appointment time, that's very good. I have the Manage My Health app. with that I can make my own appointment, order repeat script & see my own records, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all the people saying doctors are excellent service the doctors are good there but whenever you want to make an appointment with them via phone they just put you on hold music for 10 minutes then hang up now and not bothering to leave a message as usual.
Very useless receptionists they don't know how to make appointments to deal with patients especially when I'm going through a blockage of the ear for a week to get an extraction.
They need to stop playing on their cellphones and open their eyes and provide care for all patients I'm considering of making a complaint to the DHB and moving doctors all I got to say straight up is poor service for the receptionists and excellent for the doctors there one thing I got to say to them.
Pick up your damn phones and deal with your patients otherwise do not bother consider working there if you don't know how to pick up a phone and also not worth not a star. I hope you two ladies get the sack so dont try to deny you were helping patients over the phone cause you weren't.
Update on review:
Don't bother ringing cause they just hang up on you within minutes waiting for an appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went to this medical center this morning. We check in 5 minutes early, and sit down in the waiting room. Half an hour past his appointment time he asks what's the hold up to the receptionist, who then advised my partner hadn't checked in at all, when he had! So after waiting half an hour for his appointment, then what should have been a 5 minute appointment turned into ANOTHER half an hour due to the doctors computer not working. An hour in the clinic due to absolute zero service. What a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling, ignorant, rude staff on ego trips, they need to be trained or educated, bad communication, bad processes that only reflect on policy and governance, this place needs better leadership and management, would never recommend this place to anyone especially our Waikato Tainui members. Very disappointed in the services, I’ll be raising this issue with our Marae and Kauhanganui representatives.
