★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermarket was laid out nicely, staff relatively friendly and plenty of parking. I like that they have rubbish bins next to all of the trolley returns, keeps the place tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shelves often empty and its not because of covid other countdowns are stocked. Spills are not cleaned up very dirty! Understaffed so staff are stressed. Trolleys never collected. I will be going to Hamilton from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent too much time dodging shelf stickers and click and collect shoppers who think that the world revolves around them. Social distancing doesn't seem important to them. The people on the checkout counters could not have been more helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always shop at this local countdown and I'm very disappointed the shelves are bare no deli I understand we are going through covid but why is this countdown like this when the Te Rapa 1 isn't. This countdown is always dirty and its about the 4th time I've bought something that has mould on and is out of date yes garlic bread dated 5/3/22 its the 14/03/22 today and i didn't have my glasses on I'm taking it back tomorrow for a refund as it cost $6.50 I will complain but don't feel i will be listened to so dissatisfied I'm not shopping there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You almost get everything at one place. Price is also good and you have enough varieties and brands in each section. Staff is helpful and seems to be kind. We got all types of vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, spices, dals, milk, beers, etc.
Almost every household item you can think.
Enough space for car parking.
