★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took mobile tyre service from them to get a new tyre while 10 kms away, route map attached. Over the phone they quoted me $290 total ($150 call out and $140 for the tyre Supercat 175/65/15). But later they charged my credit card $325.20 (mobile mechanic could not charge on spot and took my credit card details).
I called Dennise the next day to ask why I was charged $325.20 (while quoted was $290), Dennise immediately got upset and rudely told me,
"He should not have given me the service and that I could bring the tyre back for a refund and that the quoted price was just an estimate".
I did not challenge him after his spontaneous unreasonable response for just $35.20 to avoid a fuss and politely finished the conversation.
I was not expecting such an abrupt impolite response from him when I was in no way disrespectful to him and was only asking for clarification.
His mechanic on the other hand was friendly and did a good job but Dennise himself lacks Customer Service Ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up to ask acouple of questions only to be answered by a rude reception lady by the name of samara I think it is ... if you hate your job or your tired may be try goto sleep early or find another career this is the second time I've called only to have a stroppy person behind the phone customer service at its worst
