★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store. Close to home and central Christchurch. Clean. Easy to find what you are looking for. Great wide isles. A good variety of products. Click and collect is available with parking for this just outside the door. Alot of parking available. Friendly staff. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old geriatric woman this morning 5th feb 2022 abused us for new mask law ... waited till we paid OF COURSE! She is a disgrace and she best get her FACTS straight and pull her own staff up on her version of a mask!! Haha no wonder no one shops there, pak n save 30 seconds down road and at least they are polite!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what I'd expect from a major supermarket chain. Shelves weren't fully stocked and the prices were abit more on the high side than Pak N Save. I wouldn't shop there again. On a good note, the staff at the till was really friendly. I'll give her a 5 star!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Countdown. Consistently good. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, particularly Ngaire from Colombo Street who went above and beyond to get me a refund for my mistake with a Vodafone $20 prepay bought in error.
I continue to get good service from every Countdown I visit.
I love the "Locate Item" function of the app, although Countdown Moorhouse is the least accurate with some items being two aisles away from the location shown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located store with plenty of parking. A fairly small branch though, on this particular visit I unfortunately found none of the three separate items I was looking for, and had to go elsewhere.

I have never been hit by them and their trolleys before until yesterday. so many of them rushing to fulfill orders that they are not being careful. Got hit by two seperate staff members rushing around the chiller section yesterday. Walk with caution around the chiller section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These sneaky buggers keep covering prices of things with GREAT PRICE written on items shelf labels instead of ACTUALLY showing the price. I even told them in the survey they ask you to do on the receipt which they have ignored. So COUNTDOWN clearly like this store not displaying prices so people dont know the cost when they get to checkout. GREAT PRICE is not a price. Show the prices or dont expect repeat business jerks
