β β β β β Rude and won't accept notes with both serial numbers, even though they are legal tender. This has happened to me twice now, each time was an old $5 note. I was told to go to the bank and exchange it and was told it was only worth $2.50 even though both serial numbers were intact. This must be store policy not to accept old notes which have slight imperfections. I remember the latest note they wouldn't accept came out of one of their self service machines the previous day . I cannot understand this stupid policy and attitude as the staff are very unapologetic about it. The bank told me ' if both serial numbers are present on the note it's legal tender', I think I'll shop somewhere else???

β β β β β The general ambiance lifted me on my next step towards Nirvana. I left feeling calm and that despite global war, pestilence, famine and climate change, that really everything would be OK because I'd managed to secure half a pigs face and some cut price toilet roll.

Staff friendly and helpful.
Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Been a loyal customer over 10 years even though I live 3 minutes from another supermarket I always go out of my way to shop at Pak n save Moorhouse.

β β β β β I've been shopping at Pak n save Moorhouse for over 13yrs now love the layout but importantly staff, The vibe and professionalism there is great
Today the staff went above and beyond my Mr 3 decides to climb out of the trolley as I finished and was heading to shop and go checkout, but I had forgotten I had cash on me which is rare so it meant I had to go get gift card in order to pay
while doing so Mr 3 decides to go exploring 4 staff members each had turns finding him or chasing him
they could see the panic in my eyes but I couldn't have appreciated the staff for being understanding ,supportive if anything I think he gave a bit of excitement to their day and me feeling relieved and not judge

β β β β β When you walk in you're greeting with a lovely person stading by the entrance. Meat and veges are always fresh. Always have heaps of different varieties of food. Bakery is fresh everyday. Never been disappointed

β β β β β The grocery store is just like any pak n save store. Lots of shoppers. Just donβt go here on busy hours as people donβt maintain the 2m distance required when shopping. Parkingwise, it has a big parking area and i always had a space to park even on busy hours. It also has a fuel station onsite.

β β β β β Massive example of the franchise, more stock and variety than most others I have visited, with the same price point outdoing the competition across the board.
Clean, tidy store with professional staff. Adequate Covid-19 prevention methods in place. Definitely recommend.
