★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 0 if I could. Absolutely rubbish triage system and no privacy if you are seen in the ambulance bay. Poor kids rocking up barely able to breath and are made to wait just as long as those with low symptoms. Oh, and if your told your next, be prepared to wait another hour or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic administration and customer service. After waiting for nearly two hours we found that they “forgot” to add us in the system for an emergency check up. I wonder what would have happened had I not actually gone to reception for a query. Word of advice, please constantly ask the reception staff if your patient is “in” the system.

She went:” so your mum cant wait to see GP next week but to come here to check her sore neck???” as far as I can see, she changed a nice attitude toward a white couple after talking extremely rude to me and my mom. Terrible experience, lucky my mum not be able to speak much of English, or she would really upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our daughter there and of course the medical centre was under pressure. It was a long wait and that was understandable.. But when the doctor finally saw us she made us feel bad that we came in when our daughter had a fever of over 40. Kept saying saying that she doesn't seem that sick and if we keep coming in, if something is wrong, we are gonna be here every week! What!? Our daughter is a year and 3 months and this was her second doctors visit. Really unprofessional and that doctor made us feel guilty for wanting the best for our daughter. Have some respect at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go often from my family of 6. I find the reception ladies nice. it's so hard to understand people behind masks but they show patience. Always a wait but seems the appointment roster not always to time. Would be nice to know walk ins and booked clients are thought about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dedicated team operating out of here. No bells or whistles, just "roll up the sleeves and do the job" type of operation.
This site is clean, spacious with very easy to follow protocols on arrival. Security team is efficient and manages to stay amicable while doing their jobs.
Overall, a nice place if you absolutely need to be seen by a medical team.
Kudos to the practice manager for assembling & managing a great site with a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have taken my children there a multiple times over the years, whenever they need to see a Dr for check ups or need extra Paracetamol etc, it's closer then my actual doctors, so we go there. Never had a problem. Yes, sometimes there's a wait, but its not that bad. And ALL the staff are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give a big thank you to one of the nurses who take amazing care of my twins yesterday around 4.30pm. We had to wait outside on seats in ambulance bay which I was a little hesitant about however this lovely lovely lady - have forgotten name however I do know she has adopted twins- went out of her way to make my twins feel a bit better while we waited with an ice-block. You made our unfortunate visit a wonderful experience and I appreciate your efforts. I was also very impressed by how quickly we were seen to. 5 stars from me ?
