★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on emergency for my 6yrs old, late evening but didn't get appointment. After home remedy went the next day, huge wait time as usual and saw the doc only for 5mins. Plz mind this emergency centre charge min $25 for kids and not free since it's not a GP but a emergency medical centre. Overall exp not very good or may be it was for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the centre on a Sunday couple of weeks a go. Had UTI problem and asked the reception if the doctor can see me soon.The receptionists are unfriendly and ignored my request. They dont know they are employed because of us.One of the nurses Dorothy is friendly .Something should be done about this medical centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses, doctors and receptionists are very friendly. I got a PCR test done here before I leave Auckland. Before the test, the nurse explained clearly the PCR and how it will be conducted. She did it carefully and gently. My test result is ready the next day.
I recommend anyone who needs the PCR test to do the test here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists don't know what customer service is. Spoke to us really rudely at our visit today. I watched people coming in for COVID-19 testing being spoken to so rudely as well. We were there for non covid reasons. Giving 2 stars as the nurse and the doctor was really lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this place several times over the years...sometimes a short wait and sometimes a long wait. HOWEVER, every wait is shorter than going to my own doctor and sometimes having to wait days. It is a blessing to have this place in my neighborhood for when I need them.
In saying that, I took my son in yesterday who woke up quite crook...in at 8.00am...diagnosed and home by 8.40am. Yea, it was a fluke but I would have happily waited if need be.

Some days you have to wait long depending on how busy they are. Definitely much better than the Papakura one when it comes to waiting time! But these people are trying their best to attend to their patients. Keep up the good work. And thank you for helping people.

If you want a doctor who really cares for your child's health, takes his time making sure he gets everything doesn't miss anything and really explains everything down to what the medication is and why it's needed then see Doctor Chris. You're amazing Sir thank you for your services!!
