★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an odd review as we haven't stayed at The Country Glen, but we were supposed to. Being in Lockdown level 4 changed our plans and I would like to be able to thank the staff for excellent customer service in such a trying time for everyone. It must be hard dealing with and processing cancellations, but your service means we will come to stay when we are next down in Christchurch.

The guy was accommodating and very friendly.
The room was awesome, really nice, and warm and CLEAN.
Unlike the other motel, the shower was GREAT. It worked.
Highly recommend Country Glen to anyone and everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved our stay at Christchurch's Country Glen Lodge. Super clean and tidy, unbelievably comfortable bed, great shower, separate loo wch was extra convenient! Most of all, the gentleman who served us was lovely and so helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again!
