★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved it!! Best hotel I've stayed at in Christchurch. The customer service was amazing, room got serviced every day and my twins loved it too.
Thanks so much to the team for making my birthday weekend away even more appreciated. Special shout out to the cleaners, sometimes it can feel like a thankless job but know we appreciated it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room was spacious, clean and well thought out. The staff were available at all hours of the day and evening and were more then accommodating. The on site restaurant was one of the best places to dine that I have ever been to and the staff inside were warm, welcoming and humorous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel, updated room with great view. Coffee pod machine an added bonus. Fantastic value for money, great menu for restaurant or room service. Toiletries provided, free wifi and selection of free tv channels. Will definitely return again. Handy location to all amenities and the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel works very nicely for people in a wheel chair the entrance if flat and graded and the rooms close to reception. The restaurant has plenty of room to accommodate a wheel chair as well.
The bath room works well for disability and the bathroom is excellent .
