★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities and service well exceeded my expectations. Such a beautiful, peaceful location and the room was way nicer than I expected. Delwyn went over and above my expectations to ensure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. She always went the extra mile and even made up a little bed for my toddler to sleep in. She suggested we visit the Mount and go to the hotpools, so we spent day there and my son loved it! The freshly made bread provided at the Retreat was so nice toasted for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my break away at the Countryside Retreat Studio. Highly recommend, A+++
