This trial has been set up with ease and access in mind. For NZ Post, this is not a profit-making exercise. The cost of the bag covers all the operational costs – from the production of the courier bag, to collection and transportation and the handling of the soft plastics to Future Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst business in New Zealand. I used courier post 3 times in last 3 months, they failed me 3 times. First time was in February, I was a receiver. Our parcel been scanned and dropped on the ground, then shown in the system ready for delivery for 5 days until I physically stood in the deport, demanding that parcel. Second time I am a sender, we send our personal number plate from Wellington to Palmy for our brand new car. Courier post left the parcel in the wrong po box 4040 instead of the right 4039. It took them 15 days delivery the number plate to the dealership. Third time I was a receiver, they sent the parcel to the wrong deport and I was waiting at home for whole day. It is 2021, I really wanna ask the management of courier post, when you run a business like this, do you feel shame? or do you actually care? would like anyone in charge to respond my review.

Backstory:
There was an issue with the inputted address ( totally my error) and I had asked the seller in Auckland to change this before sending to me, however I found out that the job was put through before these changes could be made, resulting in my parcel ending up at the depot. Due to a tracking error, it registered to this depot however it was actually in Seaview. Anyway as you can imagine all of this would be quite frustrating. However this experience was made really pleasant because the guy working there today (14/10/21) was really helpful. He called the other depot for me and notified them of the correct address so they could send the courier out immediately.
I don't know his name but he is awesome and I really appreciated his service! Cheers bro, keep up the good work??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service this country has to offer for a multitude of reasons! Whether its work related or personal, I will never use them again ... a constant let down! I cringe when ordering online purchases for fear the merchandiser uses Courier Post services ... highly recommend their competitors ... any of their competitors!!! UPDATE: WOW! What has happened to CP? My previous 1 star review was a 5yr experience with this service however over the last year or so I've noticed an amazing transformation, especially in Wainuiomata! I honestly can't find fault! Well done Courier Post!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a card left on my doorstep. Was in my lounge. Saw the van thought the window. Went out and asked him if there was anything for me. Courier reckons he knocked, but I know he didn't. Pretty rude guy too, said I must be deaf. They can't be bothered waiting for you to sign as they are too busy I guess. Easier for them to leave the card. I'll pick up from a post shop from now on, that's if theres any left
And round 2. Same driver, same as before. Doesn't knock. And when I call out to him, "hey I'm home, didn't hear you knock" Because he didn't. I get attitude and rudeness from him. Sick of this. They don't bloody knock, because they can't be bothered! The courier guy is always angry too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier was picked up in Auckland on Wednesday morning (20th). Did not receive any updates on the tracking page all of 20th and Thursday 21st. So submitted an enquiry via the website. I received a response to the ticket within a couple of hours the same evening (Karlene). Got another reply and call from them on Friday morning, 22nd (Tracy/Tracey). And courier was delivered by Friday afternoon. Thank you for the prompt replies and for being helpful and getting the courier delivered. Very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m usually very patient. If there was just a delay, it would have been fine. If there was a mistake that they were happy to help me with that’s also fine. But, after 3 days of my parcel sitting in the depot, they realised that my parcel is too large and undeliverable. So they will not deliver my parcel at all, and I would have to collect it. Not everyone has the means to go and collect items this is why I asked for it to be delivered in the first place. Why accept the parcel for delivery in the first place then?
