★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my items today. The items packing at the store was really sturdy. However, it was so bad damaged that it broke through cardboard and reached the items even if the items hard shelf and the tightly packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. USE NZPOST COURIERS!!! NZ Couriers take forever to get through on the phone, forever to get a reply to query online. I had difficulty with the phone operators accent.
They have no idea where my package is. Auck to wgtn so far they've had it 14 days. They keep telling me the tracking number hasn't got into their system yet and that takes 10-14 business days.
They don't have the service where you can get emails to update you where the package is. The permission to leave at door process takes seriously 2-3 weeks for them to INSTALL A TAG AT YOUR HOUSE---seriously!, you can't do an online delivery permission to leave at door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package took 3 days to get from Oz to Wellington, 3 weeks later still not received. Package picked up, brought back to depot, picked up again. Come on guys, it’s not that hard! I’m a couple of kms from your depot. When called was told that they have trouble with drivers. Will call again tomorrow, could you just deliver please. AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I was waiting for an important package for work and the courier refused to deliver it because of the area I lived in. When I told them that I needed that package for today they said there was nothing that they could do as he didn’t pick it up and it was at their unmanned depo. There is always something that people can do they are just too lazy to do it. Plus they have delivered to our area before.
This is not the only issue we have had with NZ Couriers as we have have multiple packages get stolen and go missing from their unmanned depo.
They have got to be the most useless courier company in NZ. don’t send your packages through them EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're really not even trying anymore, so frustrating to deal with. I've stopped ordering from websites who use NZ Couriers, it shouldn't take multiple weeks to get something from Auckland to Wellington when NZ post can do it reliably overnight

The staff was friendly and very informative, giving details info about the delivery and expected time of arrival.
It closes at 12 on Saturday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know there are some issues with staffing due to Covid but very unhelpful when trying to track a package that should have been delivered today. They even had the wrong address and person to deliver to according to the tracking number. Then when they found the correct address they said it was too late too deliver - terrible customer service. It's a shame because the couriers on the front line are great.
