★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally they are good but an important package was delayed, made out to be a missed delivery only to be put back into delivery the next morning. Why pay rural costs when urban deliveries are delivered the same times?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this company but there service is very bad . I have used them on many occasions . Sometimes the courier driver will not pick up the item and u then have to waste time chasing up the item . They also don't deliver on time and when u ring the customer service team they never know what's going on I have spent more time on waiting on them to answer calls then any other company only to be told that they can't find the parcel or that it's been sent to the wrong place or they scanned on the wrong ticket . Not good enough . When people pay for a service they expect you to do what they have paid for not a whole lot of non sense of chasing parcels around the country . Go to another company such as pass the parcel or fastway anything is better then this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The courier driver who delivers Eastside (Owhata, Lynmore) stuffs my packages in my small letterbox - cannot understand why he cant come up the driveway & drop at my back door! With mail deliveries only 3 days a week i dont check my letterbox daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had two tracked parcels show as delivered however no parcels had arrived, I live in a shared driveway and leave directions to have it delivered to the doorstep so it doesnt get stolen. No contact for 2 weeks after making a complaint and enquiry only to be told there was nothing they could do as the GPS says its been delivered and to contact the company they were sent from to sort the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had 3 out of 3 parcels lately delivered to the wrong addresses. Had to ring and correct a delivery cause my parcel was on board for delivery in another city, and when I did, it went to another address in the same city and had to ring again. These courier drivers can't read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice team. They try hard to rectify the stupidity and incompetence of the local couriers. It's a difficult job, with the local couriers you have to speak slowly and use small words. Get your stuff shipped here, with your phone number on it, and these guys will remove 90% of the stupid involved with parcel delivery. Thank you courier post rotorua for making a painful part of my day simple and painless.
