★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame Auckland has let this awesome crew down. Paid for Saturday delivery, damn parcel still sitting in the depot still in Auckland. Was for Saturday Delivery in Cambridge. Twice now on a Saturday, what gives?! Now Rotorua have to pick up the pieces...come on head office, show some back bone and support the awesome crew's you have and sort this malarkey out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was limited for time and this was acknowledged to the staff I left feeling rather disgruntled as their customer service was very unhelpful. I needed to post a painting I completed to Australia. Not knowing the postal requirements I thought they could help me there. I recommend straight to the Post Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! This company is a shambles! They delivered 1 of 2 packages. When my colleague rung them they said the postie forgot the other one. I waited until 4pm and rung to ask where it was. I rung the 0800 number, I didn't have the tracking number but had the other parcel and it was under my name. The lady on the phone said it wasn't a New Zealand Couriers parcel despite it saying 'New Zealand Couriers' on it. I was getting nowhere so asked for the brunch number. They lady 'wasn't authorised to give me that number' but I could go online and find it... what the!?... So I rung the Branch and essentially went through the same rigmarole, they even said that hadn't delivered anything to my address that day (despite me holding the parcel!?). They were super rude unprofessional. They said the driver run out of time to deliver the parcel. This was an urgent one I required for work so arrange to pick it up the next day. After getting off the phone I decided that I had enough time to pick it up that night. I rung back and guess what? Went through the same thing, we don't have your parcel so on...they lady was taking her frustration out on me and was very rude. Finally they 'found it' so I went in. Firstly she apologised which was good, but then proceeded to speak badly of her colleague and to give me a long winded story. I was over it and just wanted them to explain exactly what had happen. She started yelling at me, I said I just want my parcel. Then she started mimicking what I was saying... this is the rudest customer service I have ever had in my life. The first lady also said, despite me specifically asking, that I didn't require ID. The next lady said I MUST bring it, but didn't even ask for it when I arrived???!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

First of all, don't speak to people like you don't have the time of day for them, when all you are asking is if you can have a price for something at this stage, no I don't have an account and you could have been a little nicer about it. Secondly you are lucky to even have a job, thirdly I am not something that just got up out of the gutter so don't talk down to me, I may have been the 50th person on the phone you have spoken to today, but really. I see now why I go elsewhere. Support local, yeah right.
