β β β β β Hard to imagine a worse courier service.
At midday on a Friday I was called to collect a parcel that had failed to arrive at my home because the driver wasn't sure if it was a house or a place of business. Despite clearly having the street name and house number in a standard urban address.
Clearly the driver had decided to knock off early for the day and had dumped all deliveries back at the depot for the customer services rep to call to collect.
What sort of a courier company is it that doesn't deliver parcels and forces recipients to collect them from the depot? Useless!
This isn't the first time I've been appalled at the incredibly low level of service from PBT.
If you simply don't care about your goods arriving, these clowns are the courier company for you!
This depot wasn't even in Google Maps. I added it so I could award it this deservedly low review.

β β β β β It is now 9 [NINE...!] DAYS SINCE MY ORDER LEFT WITH PBT AND ITS YET TO ARRIVE!
I am NOT impressed! AND I have reached the stage where when I order I now make the point of asking if they are using PBT. If they do, I make alternative arrangements where possible. They take eternity to answer their phones, are completely unable to make a delivery satisfactorily and frankly - shouldn't be in business:

β β β β β Worst service ever . From Katikati to Opotiki is under 2 and a half hours drive . Packet Backwards and forwards from Tauranga to Rotorua 3 times so far . Its been 2 weeks and still no packet . No one will answer the phone ,customer services or branch manager , I left messages ,no reply. I am at wits end . Two weeks ago I had parcel sent from Taranaki with Fast Post . It arrived in 2 days so no excuses PBT You suck .

β β β β β Spent two hours on hold for one package. Got through. Same scripted phrase repeated at me over and over at increasing volume levels, until I gave up trying to explain the simple issue. Said thanks etc, and was just about to hang up when I heard clattering noises. Then jokes and laughter by customer βserviceβ person (who had apparently not figured out how to hang up the phone yet, and thought this was HILARIOUS- as did the person nearby). Iβd stayed on the line out of curiosity but wow, thatβs me dead. Comms with this company have ranged from unprofessional, to unreliable & (apparently) unresolvable, as well as... just unbelievable. If you like your post delayed unnecessarily (no joke, over two months), unable to track or scan, incorrectly delivered, opened, damaged & generally effed up, then use PBT!

β β β β β Absolutely shocking shocking useless service Have been waiting for days for a parcel to get redelivered. Left instructions over a week ago. Phoned yesterday, after 20 mins someone finally answered the phone and assured us the parcel was being delivered that day. A full 24 hours later, still no parcel. I tried phoning again just now and was on hold for over half an hour so eventually had to hang up as almost my whole months free minutes were about to be used up. Still no parcel, no way on contacting them. Disgusting way to run a business.

β β β β β I ordered some books from Booktopia and the first couple of deliveries, they left the parcels in my carport.
The next three deliveries were left in my letterbox after I agreed to this for one parcel only. The first parcel was ok, because the driver took the trouble to fold the cardboard so that it fitted into my letterbox, and shut the lid.
However, the next three books that were delivered were just shoved into my letterbox and the lid was not even shut. We had heavy rain each day of the deliveries and consequently the parcels got soaked and the books got wet.
I am not happy about such poor practices.

β β β β β Can't say much about the PBT around the country but i can assure you that the Rotorua branch is the worst shipping company.
Can't count how many times packages they have lost and then assured me it was delivered.
just like today i was expecting a package, it was sent to a address that is approximately 500m away from where i live.
That just shows you how incompetent business like this are, cant even do something simple as read an address and/or deliver it to right one for the sake of their own life.
