★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want the worst customer service and to be stereotyped this the the place to go, was on the lot 15-20 mins with no service, went across the road to the hybrid lot looking for help, found a salesman didn't listen to the cars we wished to purchase and once he realized we didn't want a hybrid/electric vehicle told us to visit their "discounted" vehicle lot at the end of the street which is not what we were after. Went back to their other caryard and found Jonathan who went out of his way to help us, just a shame the first impression was poor and resulted in us walking away without making a deal as first planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our first electric car from Coventry Cars after searching the country and prepared to go anywhere to make sure we purchased a good Leaf. We couldn’t be more happy with the service from the time we walked into the yard. The sales people were not pushy and gave us time to look around. From the full English manual, to the internal English stickers and conversion it was amazing. Our sales person Anthony Blanche was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a vehicle off Shane at Coventry cars. Paid 29k cash. The purchase was made on a Tuesday, we were advised that the vehicle would arrive (be delivery WEL> HB) Wednesday or Thursday early morning at the latest. On Wednesday I called and emailed Shane to ask him the eta. I did not get a response. On Thursday morning I called and Shane said he would call me back . He again did not call back. I called back 2 hours later and found out that the vehicle had not yet left Wellington, although I was told by Shane that it was on the truck on Tuesday . My concern is a lot of money was spent and in turn no communication as to the where abouts of the vehicle. There was no problem in making the sale, buy once the money was received there was no further follow up to ensure we received the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have just purchased my first hybrid from Coventry Cars, first time I've purchased from them. There are so may hybrids to select from in their Hybrid / Electric users in Lower Hutt. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Coventry Cars, or to use them again!!! First Class service. Ask for Tom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car from Coventry Cars 3 months ago and have only just found time to write this review as I've been enjoying my car waaay too much ? As soon as I walked into the yard I was greeted with a warm smile from Jay Mika. ? He was amazing to deal with, answered all of my questions no matter how dumb they were, and went the extra mile by dropping off my car to Kapiti Coast so I wouldn't have to travel back to the Hutt. I highly recommend Jay if you need assistance purchasing a vehicle. ?

Staff patiently explained the physics and merits of different hybrid systems and listened carefully to our needs.
They were sincere, courteous and welcoming and focused on us being comfortable whether we bought or not.
No pressure at any stage.
