Only little niggle was after spending a lot of money the car wasn't charged or full of gas when I arrived to collect it. But, overall very happy with the experience and I'd recommend WCD if you're in the market for a new car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I appreciate Jason’s amazing customer service, one of the other “manager” of the dealership tried extremely hard at selling us random products as well as a pricey insurance policy. After nicely saying no to both, he called us crazy, not acceptable. At this stage we have already signed the papers and paid the deposit. No discount was given on the car price - which we did not object but the “manager” was very quick to offer a $600 “massive” discount on the insurance. The car was in a very great state with low mileage, so why so pushy on the insurance? It’s our choice whether we want or do not want the insurance from the dealership. Are there any hidden problems with the car that we aren’t aware of? After the argument started, another manager or owner also came out and called us dogs. This kind of customer service is not acceptable.

Steve and the team have a massive attention to detail, and while at times life happens and vehicles may break at the most inconvenient times, the team here have always been accessible and their aftercare exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought and sold a few cars over the years, but have never experienced the quality level of service these guys offer. I bought the car sight unseen and had it shipped up to me in Auckland. Three things reinforce my view. One - the car had a puncture when it arrived. Repair paid for, no questions asked. Two - the EV charger was faulty, followed up great. Note - it's a much better one than usually supplied! Thirdly - without any fanfare or fuss they sent me a complimentary printed owners manual, which I hadn't asked for. The car (Nissan Leaf e+) is great - very happy with it. Well done WCD.
