I'm a bit disappointed. Dropped my car off on Wednesday for a transmission service where they told me they will let me know what is going on during the day, I heard nothing and had to call an hour before closing to find out that they still waiting for my insurance to get back to them for an ok to go ahead and asked if I'm ok to leave the car there, fair enough, I was happy to. It is now Saturday and I haven't heard anything since when I called on Wednesday and called to find out but service had just closed. I don't mind that my car is there or if they waiting to hear back from my insurance but I would have thought they would at least call to give me some information each day as to what is going on and what they still need to do.

We were pretty disappointed about the service. We brought our car to the store before lockdown and told them the battery was dead and the alarm constantly going off. They had the check and said there was nothing wrong with it. And kept saying that it is us leaving something on in the car. And then charged us $258. I’m the next following days, the alarm kept going off and finally the battery died. We called them again. They took the car away, and finally found something wrong with it. They fixed the AC and said that was the problem. Then they charged us another $900. And we picked the car up on Monday. On Tuesday night, the alarm was going off again! I would not deal with them ever ever again. If you can’t find your own cars problem, don’t expect they will. Unless you just want to put money in the sink.

Good service and look after our Fiat Motorhome as expected. Brother had a Mercedes that engine required replacing just out of warranty and they replaced the engine free of charge. Always friendly to deal with.

I'm a bit disappointed. Dropped my motorhome off early this morning for a check up of the previous issue that came back up again about the break pads warning light. We were told that they will let us know what is going on during the day, but we heard nothing and my wife had to call them twice in the afternoon but no one can give us the status of the vehicle. Before the closing time we received a call if we want to collect it or leave until tomorrow because they are still working on it and waiting for a confirmation of what they suspected a faulty control module. It appears that the issue hasn’t been resolved yet and asked if we are ok to leave the motorhome there, fair enough, I was happy to. What’s the point of getting it unfixed yet. We are hoping we can collect the motorhome with no more issue because we have a long holiday in the South Island in the couple of days. Updated 21/02/2022: The Gazley staff have done an extra mile to resolve the issue. The Motorhome had stayed in their garage for 4.5days with cost charged to warranty. We are pleased that today we collected her, hoping all things go well!

I called in with what I thought was an issue with my car. Ireceived courteous and sensible responses to my questions. Unfortunately this particular workshop was not able to carry out the work but directed me to one that can.

A bit average for service, overpriced for parts and quite arrogant at times. The parts people seem to like arguing with you about your own car and are not well trained or informed. They also seem to love telling you that nobody else can service or get parts for you. There are plenty of other people who can service your VW or Skoda and for considerably less money using genuine VAICO or MANN (OEM German parts). Shop around is my advice.

Disappointing and their service prices are excessive. I wouldn't buy any parts from them either as they can be bit rude. I asked why a standard oil change and filter is so expensive and they just said nothing. Oil changers who are located about 100 metres away were less than half the price using a similar 5w/30 synthetic oil and they even showed my the Ryco oil filter they used.
