They run an obedience school and a professional grooming service here and also have dog wash stations just outside the door which are available 24/7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked out of the shop upset. I've usually encountered friendly and helpful staff here. But no welcome, I had to seek out the help myself only for this young girl to assume I didn't know what I was after, despite specifically asking for a male pig to adopt for our Frodo who lost his brother, she carried on to tell me I can't adopt females, then proceeded to tell me all the reasons why not to adopt these males from the shop. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt, she kept talking and not listening.. I said I had enough space, and she said I didn't?.. I've raised pigs before. Had also brought my kids in , and I can't help but think she was being prejudice towards us. She had no reason to turn us away, and keep turning us away. I shouldn't have come here she basically told me she didn't know lots about guinea while telling me everything I already knew .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petstock is great. Customer service is always exceptional. We usually only go there to take our dog for a groom, but yesterday we needed a dog crate. The young girl who helped us was very patient and helpful in helping us choose one. Thanks Petstock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in today with my dog to get him sized for a harness and the customer service my dog and I received was lovely. He was anxious when we got there but by the end of the experience he almost didn't want to leave. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went shopping for a crate and pet pen for a puppy. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and made some great suggestions. We purchased everything we required and it is our regular pet store for all our pets needs. Great service and fantastic rewards on pet products.
