So now, I have a Playstation that I haven't been able to use for several months. I spoke to a staff member (very professional). kinda feel 'fobbed off' though, because they said Sony prefer to deal with their products themselves. Fare enough I thought. 4 weeks of Sony fobbing us off and I'm ? over it! Oh yeah. The Playstation randomly decided to stop connecting to internet and can't be played!
?Too little too late. $100's of wasted $$$
I will say though the staff have been professional and polite but to no avail.
I don't do face book, so can't respond to any feedback, in that manner.

I was told to take my appliance for repairs to one of their other branches myself rather than them coming to me for the same price.You will get a better deal and back up support by far at Noel Leeming who are only a few doors along at the Base and you'll get Fly buys points too. We looked at Electric tooth brushes at both companies and Noel Leeming had way better deals. Read how many people have been abandoned after their purchases by the number of poor reviews and do a price comparison for every product. You'll find Heathcotes are charging more than you need to pay and you can see by the reviews when it fails they will try to worm their way out of fixing it. Definitely shop around and give Heathcote Appliances a wide birth.
