★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in one of the top level units. For its price, I think the room quality was average. We used the washing machine and the disgusting sewerage smell would not go away for the next day or two. While I think the housekeeping staff did everything in their power to temporarily minimise the smell, they need to really review their plumbing work. The reception lady was very accommodating and helpful on the other hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled with friends and there were not two separate rooms available so we took a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. We cannot fault anything about Cranberry Court. The apartment was plenty big enough for us, the facilities in the room were everything we needed. We caught up on our washing, drying and ironing. The kitchen facilities suited us and the dishwasher was a bonus. The location was excellent being walking distance to everything and the staff were lovely and helpful. Completely recommend Cranberry Court and would absolutely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book this accommodation if you are from Australia (or any country outside NZ) they will forfeit your money. We were given credit to be used within 12 months of original date of booking, however with the borders closed for the majority of that time, they opted to just keep the money instead. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. There were many things that could have been done in this situation to make both parties happy (we were even trying to book extra nights), however sadly their handling of the situation was downright rude and unprofessional. Do not book with them if you are worried about the uncertainty of borders closures unless you are willing to part with money and receive no service in return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently enjoying our stay in a 1brm apartment(15a). Very well appointed apartment with everything you need. The washing machine and drier, plus a drying rack are handy extras. I bought some powder from home as this is the only thing not supplied(available to buy from receptionI believe). Cranbury is very clean, modern and well positioned for a doable walk to the town. I would definitely choose to stay here again. A supermarket is a couple of minutes walk across the road. Booking direct means all the $$ stays in NZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my husband and 2 children. We had a lovely stay here. Very comfortable, clean and warm. Also, so close to town and no hill climb necessary. Easy check in and good communication with reception. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Queenstown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartments we booked as we have two under 4s they loved the stairs as it's two stories well was in our booking bit old but kept clean and tidy. Parking can be a bit congested though
