★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my tired old Iron Horse in for a service as it was leaking fuel. They quickly determined it had a cracked motor and base and rang me to give various options of what I could do. I chose to rebuild. They assembled another Iron Horse from two different mowers and gave me a discount for their troubles. New/old mower runs brilliantly. Great service. Thank you gentlemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my lawn mower in to have the starter rope fixed. What a lovely man! Went that little but further to make sure my tied old mower would last a bit longer. Customer service has not been lost on this man and his business. Cost a little more than expected but after dealing with Collingwood and there lack of customer service and rude owner, I have no problem paying that little bit more. Thank you Colin for putting my faith back in small business. Sorry…I had to give you a four only because you didn't call me yesterday to tell me it was ready … very small thing but would add to your other wise great service. Your a gem. :-D

Would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone having issues with anything to do with a small motor and not just lawnmowers - our issue was for our go kart motor that came off a water blaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner took our lawn mower in to this shop that he had never been to before, and Colin the owner had a look at it and fixed the problem straight away, my partner was amazed at his fast service and thanked him for a job well done. We need more people like Colin in this world that take there time out to give a great service to the customer, and it is sad to see that his business is not available anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the fast turn around in repairing my Toro - this is very important for lawn operators. The message notification to let me know it's ready for pick up is very helpful. You even cleaned outside mower - which is unexpected but very welcomed. I will definitely recommend people/lawn contractors to you. Reasonably priced but most importantly the customer service is much better than the guys I used to use in Te Rapa. Please keep up the great work
