My coach for the evening, Stephen, was full of smiles and great at checking in on good form and safety.
The whole crew was welcoming and full of beans.

Great for all levels from first timers to elite.
The head trainer gives new joiners a lot of attention to make sure they know what to do and how to do it.
Every class I went to felt having a PT.
