★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend going to a class here. I joined the beginner series at Gravity and loved it! I still have 1 week left and I plan on continuing with classes after the series comes to an end. Sarah covers all the foundations in the beginner series while also giving plenty of fun challenges throughout. Sarah is super talented on both Silks + Hoops and overall, a great instructor. This is a strong class, but it'll get you motivated to start working on pull ups, planks, and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah and her team of instructors (Laura, lily, Janet and Kelly) are incredibly talented at both aerial silks and teaching. I always feel safe under their supervision. I have been doing it for a few months and feel like it’s the perfect mix of strength training, flexibility and technique. The equipment is excellent. Parking is easy once you locate it (behind zest in the CrossFit black building).
Aerials silks is definitely a physical and mental challenge unlike any other sport. I highly recommend it if you find gyms boring. It’s so much fun!
