★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didnt know what to expect. I had heard about these capsule experiences.. it was quite unusual. Being left in the dark alone floating. It was quite a surreal experience. The prefloat and post float service added to the experience as a whole. I would definitely recommend SALT float spa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come back to SALT a few times now after trying my first float there. It is truly a unique and relaxing experience. The therapeutic benefits of sensory deprivation last long after each float- just a one hour session goes a very long way, almost like taking a little holiday. If you haven’t tried sensory deprivation yet I can’t recommend it more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were definitely looking forward to trying out a float tank as part of our Queenstown trip and we loved it! The whole experience was worth it. Found a great deal on Bookme. The facilities are awesome - clean, chic interior, and other great offerings. Friendly staff member (Patrick) did a great job showing us around and explaining everything we needed to know. We loved spending time in the relaxation room after our floats and enjoyed the lemon-salt shot and some peppermint tea to help rehydrate. You definitely feel super relaxed coming out of the pod. I would definitely do this again and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend to experience the salt float. Extremely friendly and professional staff, tranquil atmosphere, great facilities (particularly enjoyed the relaxation room to end the float session). Was definitely a memorable part of a perfect birthday weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! I would have loved an option to keep the music going but without it was relaxing too, I just not a fan of silence. The place was super clean, and quiet. The whole place was a relaxing environment. And the relaxation room afterwards was nice, we didn't have to leave straight away.

Will definitely recommend to anyone, worth the time and money. Staff are so helpful and friendly.

Wasn't sure what to expect as we'd never done anything like this before. Everything was explained clearly to us. We had a welcome introduction, lovely float & enjoyed the relaxation room afterwards. I did feel I got cold near the end of the float probably because I didn't fully close the capsule but the lady was lovely & said if I was to come back they'd make sure the water was slightly warmer. Feel like I've had great nights sleep ever since! Will be back & definitely recommend the experience to others :-)
