★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had Crohn’s disease for 14 years and in that time I’ve tried almost every treatment available. Cryo helps me manage my symptoms as well as anything else I’ve tried - it seems to take the sting out of my flares, helps my joints feel less sore and swollen, and even helped me when I had a reaction to a new medication. While it’s not a cure, it makes living with Crohn’s quite a lot easier. As an added bonus it has no negative side effects - which is very rare when it comes to Crohn's treatments. It’s also helped with my recovery from sports and workouts. I’d recommend anyone with Crohn’s or auto-immune disease give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at Cryo Health in Takapuna was unbelievable. I had hurt my shoulder and had no idea how much cryo therapy would help me. I definitely recommend this service for any athletes or people interested in general wellbeing. Jill was fantastic and made the experience fun and very professional. I’ll definitely be going back. The clinic is really nice and there’s lots of parking. Give it a go!

Atmosphere is really nice, definitely felt relaxed as soon as I entered.
Jill was open and friendly, didn't hesitate to answer the many questions I threw at her.
Felt listened to during the session and received some great advice with how to minimise this back pain I've been dealing with.
About cryotherapy, I was not ready for this. Thinking back to it -- was quite an experience, in the most positive way possible.
I'm hoping to pay Jill another visit in the near future, thanks again.

The power of these machines, especially if you do the hot and cold together is immense and adding in a professional like Jill, just makes the whole experience an absolute no brainer.
