★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had looked at several outdoor furniture retailers before visiting Design Concepts. We found the build quality extremely good, price seemed reasonable considering all the fabrics used were high quality UV/weather resistant from reputable stockists and frames were built for outdoor use. Also good to know was that the fabrics and frame colours could be whatever you wanted.
The customer service was excellent - good information and extremely helpful. The owner could not have done more for us - assembling the furniture prior to delivery and even offering to come over and remove the packing etc when ready.
We would definitely recommend Design Concepts to our friends and be a returning customer ourselves.

The prompt no nonsense delivery service complimented the quality of service re received in the shop. I especially like the fact our couch is constructed from light durable and functional metal and material. The white powder coating just sets it off perfectly. Looking forward to returning to purchase a couple of ottomans and a dining table and chairs.

They have a good range of quality outdoor furniture and it’s not as expensive as some of the other high end stores. Friendly staff too. We’ll be back to get a couple more pieces to complete our outdoor area. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two different purchases from Design Concepts and two extremely different experiences. The first purchase of an outdoor umbrella was a great experience. Second purchase of an outdoor table, which there was an issue with – unfortunately their after-sales service and communication was poor, but most disappointing was the Owner’s response and behaviour. Like all problems, it’s not the issue but how it’s handled that matters.
